Lecture Series and Wellness Festival keynote speaker Arianna Huffington is the co-founder, president, and editor-in-chief of the Huffington Post Media Group, and author of fifteen books. Huffington, the founder and CEO of Thrive Global, will offer a way out of the stress and burnout epidemic that goes beyond just raising awareness. Eloquent and engaging, Huffington will give practical and actionable tools that can help us disconnect, recharge, get the sleep we need, and reclaim our humanity by recalibrating our relationship with technology. She’ll give tips on how to become one of the new role models of success and help lead this culture shift toward a world that’s not merely surviving but thriving.

She has been named to Time Magazine’s list of the world’s 100 most influential people and the Forbes Most Powerful Women list. Her 15th book, The Sleep Revolution: Transforming Your Life, One Night At A Time, on the science, history and mystery of sleep, was published in April 2016 and became an instant New York Times Bestseller.

Keynote Speech Title & Description: Ending the Stress and Burnout Epidemic by Changing the Way We Work and Live
The way we live and work is not working for any of us – not individually and not collectively. Too much of the world is still buying into the collective delusion that burnout is simply the price we have to pay for success. But there’s another way. As a mountain of recent science shows, when we prioritize our well-being, our productivity and creativity go up across the board. But how do we do that in today’s world?

Individual tickets are only available through the Sun Valley Wellness Festival.

Co-presented as part of the Lecture Series by Sun Valley Center for the Arts and Sun Valley Wellness Festival (Part of The Center’s BIG IDEA project Contemplative Practice).
