Director of Development

Seeking a dynamic professional fundraiser and development team leader who wants to be part of an exciting vision for growth at Idaho’s largest non-profit arts organization. This unique opportunity is for a select candidate who has a proven track record of growing contributed revenue and can lead our development efforts to new levels of success at a time when the organization is keenly focused on growing its impact in the community. The Director of Development, working closely with the CEO and the board, is The Center’s architect of a comprehensive fund raising and development plan to build relationships and resources. Proven success in non-profit fundraising is required, as is demonstrated leadership and management capability. Ties to the Wood River Valley and/or Idaho, or experience fundraising in resort community is preferred. Data Entry and Finance Assistant

Seeking a Data-Entry and Finance Assistant to support Controller, Events and Database Managers. This position provides vital administrative support to the Development and Finance Departments with a focus on general data-entry and financial reporting. Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3-5 years experience with financial, ticketing or development software (Raiser’s Edge experience preferred). Strong analytical skills and a high level of computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications, Excel and Word required, QuickBooks preferred. The successful candidate will have a positive history of in complex problem solving and prior successful experience performing administrative, office and financial support functions such as AP, AR and financial reporting. Ability to maintain focus and accuracy through repeated tasks a must. A desire to serve the community through a not-for-profit charitable organization and an interest in the arts is helpful.

Events and Hospitality Assistant

This position provides vital administrative support for the entire organization by assisting the special events team including Wine Auction, managing the hospitality functions of events and supporting front desk duties. The Center seeks a team oriented person who is calm under pressure, and brings a solutions oriented approach to problems. A successful candidate for this position will have prior positive experience performing administrative, office and customer service functions and an ability to stay focused on multiple tasks and deadlines with frequent interruptions. Event planning experience a plus. Complete proficiency with Microsoft Office applications( Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required). A desire to serve the community through a not-for-profit charitable organization and an interest in the arts is a must.
