Hidden in the hills near Calistoga is a small winery producing big, powerful Napa Valley Cabernets and Sancerre-inspired Sauvignon Blancs. Winemakers Ted Osborne and Gary Warburton have a passion for consistently pushing the wine quality at Phifer Pavitt to new heights, resulting in rave reviews and ever-increasing popularity.

Chef Drew Van Leuvan

Drew Van Leuvan is the executive chef and partner at Atlanta restaurants Seven Lamps and GRAIN. He is a recipient of Food & Wine magazine’s “Chef on the Rise” award, a member of the Jean-Louis Palladin Foundation and Chef’s Collaborative and in 2015, presented “Eye on Atlanta” at the James Beard House.
