7th Annual Casino Royale – a benefit for Company of Fools

On Saturday Jan 24, 2015, The Sun Valley Center for the Arts and Company of Fools will host the annual Casino Royale. Now in its seventh year, this high-rolling evening is further elevated with a new venue for 2015, taking place for the first time ever at the stunning Sun Valley Club.

The “Old Hollywood Glamour” of Sun Valley and its storied history inspires this year’s event. Guests will be transported by a red carpet arrival, stirring live performance, delicious drinks and delights, many opportunities to win fantastic raffle prizes and, of course, faux gambling, which makes the evening such an especially fun and unique experience.

This evening of gambling, cocktailing and fundraising is the year’s largest fundraiser that specifically benefits Company of Fools, a proud part of Sun Valley Center for the Arts. For 19 years the Fools have been delighting our valley both on stage and in the classroom with award-winning, professional theatre and their dynamic, artistic and educational programming. Casino Royale offers a wonderful opportunity to support the company as it continues to develop new ways to deepen and expand arts programming in the Wood River Valley. 2015 CASINO ROYALE RAFFLE

The most exciting 2015 Casino Royale raffle item is “It Happens in Sun Valley,” a ticket package for two for the valley’s major arts organization’s events. Developed in collaboration with Sun Valley Writers’ Conference, Sun Valley Film Fest and Sun Valley Company this collection highlights the abundance of world-class arts and cultural activities in the valley. Raffle winners will enjoy attending the 2015 Sun Valley Film Festival, 2015 Sun Valley Writer’s Conference, 2015 Sun Valley Ice Show & Dinner, 2015 Sun Valley Center Wine Auction Gala, a complimentary 2015 Guardian Membership to Sun Valley Center for the Arts and a collection of 2015 Center and Company of Fools events and performances, as well as a two-month Zenergy membership for one—an exhilarating package worth over $7,500!

The “Dine Around the Valley” raffle also returns this year—a collection of gift certificates worth more than $1,200 in dining at the valley’s favorite restaurants, including CK’s Real Food, Zou 75, Globus, and Cristina’s, just to name a few! Guests can also bid on the enticing “Red Carpet Roulette“ mystery gift boxes the night of the event; the bidding will start at $50 and contents are guaranteed to be valued a minimum of that amount (though many surprises will be worth considerably more such as one 2015/2016 full season ski pass from Sun Valley Company).

Black tie is optional, old Hollywood style is encouraged!

Private VIP tables have already sold out, but individual tickets are still available. The fun begins at 7pm on Saturday, January 24 at The Sun Valley Club. Tickets to Casino Royale are $150 per person and include $1,500 of “funny money,” which you can use to try your hand at black jack, poker and craps.
