Join Alissa McGonigal as she introduces students to the world of needle felting. You will transform dyed and natural wools into a three dimensional sculpture. These sculptures can be of any color, and made into any shape or size. Each student will leave with their own felted item as well with the inspiration to create more items.

Alissa is a self-taught fiber artist and former owner of the Loft @ Main Street in Hailey. She is a knitter and a needle felter and she enjoys teaching people of all ages how to work with fiber as an art form. She has lived in the Wood River Valley for 18 years and is a teacher by trade. She enjoys the outdoors, nature, hiking, biking, camping, exploring, knitting, felting, and reading.

The workshop runs from 6-9pm at The Center, Hailey.
