Frequent guest on NBC’s Today Show and was a host of the PBS series Spain: On the Road Again with Mario Batali and Gweneth Paltrow. Self-declared home cook and proponent of VB6, which he wrote the same titled book – an acronym for “Vegan Before 6pm.”
