Discover how the combined power of art making and interacting with nature can increase your well-being and serve as an act of self-care. Using her background in art therapy, Jordyn Dooley will facilitate therapeutic art making using natural materials. Individuals will have the opportunity to reconnect with the earth through mindful techniques, increasing their well-being and connection to others.
*Snacks, coffee, and tea provided. Participants will be responsible for their own lunch.
