Wine Auction Concierge & Event Hospitality
This position provides vital support for the entire organization by assisting the Special Events team including the Wine Auction Director, in managing the hospitality functions of events, as well as décor look and feel. The Center seeks a team oriented person who is calm under pressure, and brings a solutions-oriented approach to problems. A successful candidate for this position will have prior positive experience in the world of events, production and hospitality as well as customer service functions and an ability to stay focused on multiple tasks and deadlines with frequent interruptions. Complete proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) required. A desire to serve the community through a not-for-profit charitable organization and an interest in the arts is a must.

Finance Assistant
The Finance Assistant is a part-time, entry-level position that provides vital support to The Center by performing daily bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable and accounts receivable. QuickBooks experience preferred. Candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of computer proficiency. Experience in customer service is a plus. A desire to serve the community through a nonprofit organization and an interest in the arts is helpful.
