The 2012 Turtle Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon is balanced and on the nose, the wine shows spice of cinnamon with lovely fruit undertones. It holds its own against the big Cabernets and is a very easy drinking wine. The wine pairs well with all dishes and is very versatile.
