Exhibition Tours
Art can be puzzling. Usually there is more to it than meets the eye. Looking at artwork with people who can provide context and help answer questions is a great way to learn more and enjoy an exhibition or an artist on a deeper level. Join us!
Exhibition Tours
On select Thursdays at 5:30pm, the public is welcome to join an informal and informative tour of the current visual arts exhibition. These small group tours are led by members of The Center’s curatorial staff or by trained volunteer docents who study the works in the exhibition and offer insights about artists, subject, style and content. Enjoy a glass of wine while you join in the conversation.

Student Exhibition Tours
The Center offers interactive exhibition tours for students of all ages. Teachers are invited to schedule visits to specific exhibitions. At the gallery, students will have the opportunity to discuss the artwork on display, try their hand at media and processes exhibited, and explore ideas presented in the exhibition. In the past year, students from each grade and every school in the Wood River Valley have toured the museum.
